Ways to honor and remember your loved one
PROMOTing HEALTHY COMMUNITIEs through Therapeutic artwork
The Richard Lambert Foundation Grief & Healing Center has extended our ministry to inspire healthy minds, bodies and spirits in the communities we serve and live in.
Creating artwork following a loss can be very therapeutic, helping you to express and release your own painful, stressful emotions that are too difficult to put into words. Art can bring on a physiological relaxation response, allowing you to express extreme emotions in a safe manner.
Pre-registration is required and suggested at least one week prior to start date
Groups are for adults ages 18+
