Board of Directors

Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization toward a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance, financial management policies, and protection of the public interest, as well as making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission. Your role as stewards of the Richard Lambert Foundation will involve fundraising and an annual personal contribution. The board plays a vital role in advocating RLF's mission. The board should ensure that the Executive Director has the moral and professional support they need to further the organization's goals.
