The Richard Lambert Foundation (RLF) is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of our website visitors and donors and upholds the confidentiality of your personal information. RLF does not share, sell, rent or trade information about its donors and other contacts.

RLF collects information that you submit on our websites online forms. The personal information you provide such as but not limited to; your name, address, telephone number, and email address is solely utilized to process and receipt your donation, to register your attendance at an event or meeting, or to respond to any information requests. 

Personal information is protected by RLF. All personal information provided to us is stored in databases located on secured servers. The information you submit will be retained by RLF in a database maintained by RLF, and will be used by RLF to complete your request and/or in providing our services. Donor anonymity will be respected if requested and where applicable.

Visitor logs are used on this site for statistical purposes only. No attempt will be made to identify or collect personal information about users. RLF may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, which may include your IP address, session time, click path analysis and the pages your request. RLF will only use this type data in aggregate form which does not identify you personally.

RLF strives to keep donors informed about how donations are used and their importance for continuing our programs. We send several emails a year to accomplish this and include invitations for financial support. Most RLF supporters want to receive all of our mailings. If you receive communication from RLF and wish not to, you may opt to remove your name from our mailing list. To opt out of receiving communication from RLF, you may contact us at any time with your written request.
