Monthly "Healing Through Grief" Support Group (open)

Our grief group provides a safe environment to share feelings of pain, anger, extreme sadness, and the difficulty of moving forward without your loved one. Each of us mourns the death of a loved one differently. While some people attempt to cope with their grief alone and do not want or need outside assistance, many others seek and find comfort in sharing emotions and how loss affects day-to-day living. Our group provides emotional support and involves educational elements. Join us along with other group members who come together on a regular basis to share stories, build friendships, and find support in the rebuilding process of life. All are welcome regardless of the type of death.
